The project began with demolition and removal of the existing bathroom. The existing bathtub was removed and plans were created for a new space with a larger shower and a new closet for added storage

Regency framed new walls with an opening for a new shower and framed walls for a new closet. Existing plumbing, including drainpipes were relocated. New electrical switches and outlets were installed and the new electrical fixtures were Installed as well. The completed new look gave the very satisfied homeowners a refreshing new space.
