Hallway Bath Remodel Long Grove, IL

This Long Grove hall bathroom was functional but dated and blah, though it had good bones and a lovely skylight above the shower. The owners asked Regency Home Remodeling to bring it up to speed, stylewise, and give it a little pizazz. With the help of their top-tier suppliers and excellent professional installers, Regency was able to give the homeowners the bathroom they desired, in a surprisingly short time and within their desired budget.

To start, the old, dated tub and shower combo was given new life with a modern Maax Rubix 3060 alcove bathtub from Studio 41. The shower walls and niche were then wrapped in the visual treat of Daltile’s delicious Stagecraft Arctic White 3 x 12 Rectangle Undulated tiles, highlighted by that great skylight. In the main area, the old cabinets were replaced by KraftMade’s Lyndale Barley dual sink vanity cabinet, topped with White Ice Granite from Daltile and Moen Genta One-Handle faucets in polished chrome from Studio 41, who also supplied the Moen polished chrome fixtures in the shower/tub. Above the vanity, Studio 41 provided two Kohler Essential 22” x 34” rectangle mirrors, with a centered Kohler Honesty two-light sconce providing light and warmth. Finally, Regency’s installers perfectly set a floor of Cove Creek 12” x 24” matte gray rectangle tiles to pull it all together, creating a hall bathroom perfect for family or friends.
