Lake Forest Master Bath Remodel

This Lake Forest master bath had some serious space issues, hampered by poor design in a small space! Fortunately, Regency Home Remodeling’s smart designers were able to remedy the space issue and create a smooth, open flow that bespoke elegance and sophistication.

To start, the unused tub was removed, creating space for a long double-sink cabinet by Regency in a smart navy blue. The Kohler Caxton rectangular undermount sinks from Studio 41 were then topped with Daltile’s stunning Q771 White Pearl quartzite, which was also used for the new shower bench, curb and niche. Faucets of Hansgrohe Widespread in Brushed Nickel create a shimmer that’s echoed in the ultramodern Kohler Essential mirrors on the wall above and in the Vibrant Brushed Nickel Kohler shower fixtures. By eliminating the old-style water closet, the shower could be expanded, with a glass front and a glass-topped half wall, giving an open feel while providing privacy to the new toilet on the other side. To continue the elegance, the shower’s other sides, floor and the main floor were all set with 60” x 12” Niro polished tile from The Tile Shop, creating a visual continuity that made the space seem even larger.
