The main goal of this renovation was to increase the size of the shower and replace an awkward, inefficient space with a functional one.

End Result

Regency was successful in converting an unused space to a larger bathroom and functional closet. A sleek and modern look was achieved by a spacious, glass panel door shower, which contains a comfortable bench composed of Florentine Carrara tile from Daltile. Thanks to the new layout of the space, the shower was increased in size while also having a large tub. This finish also makes of the tub walls. The Smokey River finish floor from Daltile and dark gray silver shore shower accent and niche shelf contrasted the light-colored shower, bath, and vanity beautifully. The new bathroom truly is magnificent in style as well as function and contains many modern luxuries including heated floors.
