The homeowners were tired of the design of their old and outdated bathroom and were ready for a refreshing new look as well as a new color scheme. Regency did a spectacular job converting a worn and obsolete space into a very sleek bathroom that affords the user with modern luxuries. Replacing the preexisting, turquoise tub with a sleek MAAX Rubix white tub dramatically changed the color scheme. This change along with the new, ash gray quartz counter top for the vanity from Daltile and white undermounted sink from Elkay greatly contributed to a more modern and clean color scheme that is very stylish. The Skybridge gray floors from Daltile match very well with the gray counter top and contrast beautifully with the new shaker white maple vanity. An interlocking mosaic niche was installed in the shower with black, gray, and white tiling in order to create a seamless blend between the gray and white in the room as well as providing some artistic flare with the convenience of added counter space. Modern luxuries such as a grohe showerhead and kohler elongated toilet are sure to keep the residents of this lovely home comfortable. Regency was very successful in the conversion of this bathroom and the new look is sure to keep the homeowners happy with their new space for many years.
