End Result

The new bathrooms are awesome! The most obvious changes occurred in the master bathroom. What used to be an outdated and boring space was successfully converted into a beautiful and comfortable bathroom space that is fitted with luxurious amenities. The standard tub that had previously been in the bathroom was replaced with a sleek, tile floor shower equipped with a convenient bench and niche shelf. Not only was the layout of this space changed, but the style was as well. The drywall was replaced with beautiful tile from Daltile and finished with a contrasted accent that runs the width of the entire bathroom. The Kohler lavatory faucet, Grohe showerhead, and Grohe handshower all had a brushed nickel finish in order to contribute to the modern appearance of the space.

The hallway bathroom was also changed dramatically. The most notable change in the hallway bathroom was the shower area. The worn and dirty tile walls and tub were replaced with cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing finishes. The new, large Duravit tub with a deck provides added space to bathe. Also, a large and practical niche shelf was installed as well as artistic accents in the shower. There is no doubt that the homeowners love the work completed by Regency.
