The Subject Property

The owners of this Green Oaks Property were ready to update their dull and outdated kitchen. They were most interested in opening up the area while giving it a completely new and modern look. A major change that would be necessary was the removal of the cabinets and countertops that extended into the middle of the kitchen. This would allow for a more open layout while creating more space to build an island. As for style, Regency would replace all tile work, fixtures, cabinets, and countertops in order to install more elegant and sleek pieces.

End Result

This kitchen went from dull and dated to beautiful and bright. The removal of the extended cabinets allowed for the creation of an island. This island is great for cooking, storage, entertaining, and even has a microwave built right into it for added luxury. Regency installed Java Coffee Maple cabinets into the island while White Shaker Style cabinets were used throughout the rest of the kitchen. For countertops, our customers picked out a lovely Snow Leopard Quartz that gives brightness to the room and flows beautifully with the cabinets and Saddle Brook floor tiling. This kitchen was given a modern update through the installation of stainless steel appliances- refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Overall, our customers are extremely satisfied with their new kitchen. Not only did Regency give it a modern look, but it is now very practical and efficient with the extra countertop area and cabinet space.
