This home is located near the intersection of Half Day Road and Westminster Way in Lincolnshire, IL. Lincolnshire is a small Chicago suburb with a population of just over 7,000 people. Lincolnshire is the home of Adlai E. Stevenson High School, an award winning public high school known for its suburb academics and scholars. Other schools in Lincolnshire include the Lincolnshire Prairie-View School District 103, Laura B. Sprague Elementary School, Half Day Elementary School, and Daniel Wright Junior High School. People tend to settle in Lincolnshire because of its cozy and warm atmosphere. The Subject Property

These residents were ready for a huge update in their Lincolnshire home. The biggest project of them all would be to their kitchen. The current kitchen was closed off from the rest of the first floor making it feel small and cluttered. The homeowners wanted to open the walls up so the kitchen would be more spacious and practical for entertaining and everyday life. Another issue with the kitchen was the lack of countertop space and cabinetry. This issue could easily be fixed now that the kitchen would be bigger. After these major renovations, the kitchen would need a change in style in terms of color scheme and the overall look.  For the bathroom renovations, our customers wanted to remodel the master bathroom as well as the powder room. The renovations would update the vanities, tiling, fixtures, and bathtub in the master bathroom.

End Result

The design and look of the kitchen and bathrooms in this home were dramatically changed from head to toe.
In the kitchen, the main thing you will notice is the size and openness. Regency began the remodel by tearing down the wall that separated the kitchen from the rest of the first floor. By doing this, the kitchen will be much bigger and convenient for entertaining- it also allowed for additional cabinetry and countertop space as our customers wanted. With the extra space, Regency created an area to sit that was connected to the rest of the countertop. This is perfect for a breakfast eating area as well as a place to gather around with friends or family. For the new countertops, we installed a White Mist Quartz and White Shaker Style cabinets.

Next, Regency made some major changes to the master bathroom. This old and dated bathroom was given a beautiful and modern look. The new color scheme is very calm and sleek from the taupe colored walls to the Antracita Stratos Atmosphere floor tiling as well as the Perla wall tiling and even the vanity. These additions give the bathroom an extreme amount of brightness and a luxurious feel.

The powder room looks like a whole new bathroom. Outdated like the master bath, we installed an Espresso Maple vanity with a gorgeous quartz countertop to create a luxurious and upscale feel.

The kitchen and bathrooms have a completely new look and are much more efficient and practical for our customers. Everyday tasks will be much more enjoyable in their new, spacious kitchen, while the gorgeous bathrooms will also be a place the residents will be able to enjoy spending their time.
