Master Bath Arlington Heights

This Arlington Heights homeowner needed two bathrooms remodeled and knew that Regency Home Remodeling could handle both, and well within the desired budget. This master bath just wasn’t working for the family, but with a little creative thinking, Regency was able to find the space to make it both practical and stylish.

Eliminating an unnecessary closet created space for a second vanity, both Regency’s own Naval cabinets. The old back wall that hid the toilet and shower also came down, allowing for a larger, more sophisticated shower glassed-in on two sides. Daltile supplied the tile for the other shower walls, with Regency’s professional installers setting the 12” x 24” Fabric Art Modern Linear Medium Grey tiles on the back and half-wall, with coordinating 12” x 24” Fabric Art Midnight Steel Prism tiles for the long plumbing wall. The floor was then set with stunning 8” Hexagon Scripter Mentor tiles to add a touch of texture. For the shower floor, Atlantis Granite and Quartz supplied the trendy Trident Quartz shower base, while the shower extras—bench, niches and base, match the vanity tops of One Quartz (OQ34) Rocky Mountain quartz, creating a cohesive visual pattern. Finally, Studio 41 provided the Kohler Caxton undermount sinks, along with the accessories: Taut faucets and plumbing fixtures in matte black, Verdera mirrored cabinets, and Devonshire three light sconces, all by Kohler in in matte black.
