The Subject Property

The residents of this home were ready to make a change in their hallway bathroom. They were interested in maintaining the layout of the space, but they were ready to upgrade and modernize the finishes and appeal of the space. Regency started this job by removing the tie from the floor and walls, removing the tub, and removing all fixtures. Also, new electrical wiring was installed along the ceiling for the installation of three new recessed cans equipped with dimmer settings, which would serve to increase the brightness of the room and set the mood. The main goal of this job was to give the bathroom space a modern appeal while also making the experience of using the bathroom more comfortable and luxurious by fitting the space with premium fixtures and sleek finishes.

End Result

The new bathroom looks much more modern, bright, inviting, and comfortable. The bland color scheme of the preexisting space was successfully altered by several changes. The bland, white floor was replaced with a Skybridge gray tile floor in order to give the room some color. This darker floor was beautifully blended with the polished River Marble wall tiles from Daltile, which contrasted beautifully with the white Robern vanity, the white Kohler tub, and the white Toto toilet. An aesthetically pleasing Mosaic Traditions skyline accent was installed throughout the bathroom as well as a convenient niche shelf in the shower. The showerhead and tub were fitted with polished chrome Grohe showerhead and tub spouts, which matched the metal lining of the new, Kohler shower door. Regency did a spectacular job turning this bathroom into an elegant and comfortable space that the customers are sure to be happy with!
