The second project this Arlington Heights homeowner was faced with was a remodel of a dated hall bathroom. With a little assist from Regency Home Remodeling, the room became a stylish haven for family and visitors, with a new polish and a lot of oomph.

By combining the two separate vanities into one long, efficient cabinet, Regency was able to fit an additional storage cabinet at the end, all in the same beautiful Chestnut tone. The dated old tub/shower combo was replaced with a stunning Maax Rubix bathtub from Studio 41, who also supplied the Kohler accessories, from the Caxton undermount sinks to the Riff faucets, fixtures , and three-light sconce in polished chrome and the elegant Verdera rectangular framed medicine cabinets. Daltile then provided the beautiful 12” x 24” Fabrique Crème Linen main floor tiles and the 4” x 12” Color Wheel Linear Glossy Arctic Whit tiles for the tub/shower walls, as well as the One Quartz (OQ37) Golden Gate quartz for the vanity tops and dual shower niche shelves. With walls painted a soft, calming color, the hall bath now beckons with sophisticated style and welcoming warmth.
