The Subject Property
This home is located in the heart of Lincolnshire, not far from Duffy Lane. The homeowners were ready to update their kitchen and bathrooms, so they gave Regency a call. Their kitchen had the potential for being much larger, making it easier to entertain and prepare dinner. All three bathrooms in the house needed some major changes. In order to make this possible, Regency would have to gut the rooms to make room for a brand new look.
End Result
Regency gave this home an amazing update. Prior to the renovation, you would find an inefficient U-shaped kitchen. Regency removed the old cabinets and install gorgeous tan colored cabinets throughout the whole kitchen. Instead of keeping the U shape, the cabinets were installed along two walls as well as a huge rectangular shaped island for much more storage space and countertop area. For the countertops, Regency used Moroccan Cliff Granite supplied by Daltile. The backsplash, also supplied by Daltile, is a Blavet Blanc Limestone. This looks lovely with the color of the cabinets and countertops. Lastly, the kitchen had a dated dark brown-red tiling that would be replaced with a stylish dark hardwood floor. All put together, the new finishings look phenomenal and give the kitchen a great new feel.
Next, Regency renovated the two hall bathrooms. The first was very outdated with pink accents on the tile, sink, toilet, and the bathtub. To make this look completely different, we installed gorgeous black coffee maple cabinets and White Sand quartz countertops. We replaced the pink bathtub with a pearl white tub and Elevare Crater wall tiles. The pink floor tile was torn out and replaced with River Marble tile.
In the second bathroom, we installed the same cabinets, countertops, floor tile and wall tile. Unlike the other bathroom, we installed a new shower and made the most out of the small area by changing the layout. By doing this, the bathroom will be much more functional and efficient for anyone that uses it.
Overall, the projects came out great. Regency successfully delivered to the customers wants and wishes and was able to completely renovate their kitchen and bathrooms in a very effective way.
