Regency transformed this bathroom into a modern space by using contemporary materials and expert craftsmanship.

The existing floor was replaced with 12×24 porcelain tile by P’Zazz in Tan Dazzle from daltile. The P’Zazz Collection offers a rich color pallet and a subtle sheen, perfect for any glamorous bathroom. To complement the darker floor tile, we selected Beige Flair from the P’Zazz Collection for the shower walls. We constructed an in-shower niche using a mosaic blend by Stone Decorative Accent in Panero Blend from daltile. We enclosed this area with a heavy duty custom glass door and installed owner supplied fixtures.

We installed a double sink white maple vanity with a natural stone top. We added a mosaic border by Stone Decorative Accent in Panero Blend and installed owner supplied fixtures.

The end result is a stylish contemporary bathroom!
