Grayslake Bathroom Remodel

When this Grayslake family needed both two bathrooms remodeled, they turned to Regency Home Remodeling, knowing they would get both projects completed within the desired timeframe and budget. They weren’t disappointed, the results being basement and hallway baths that are up-to-date and welcoming.

The basement bath underwent the most stunning change, with a modern shower bounded by 12 x24 Composition Gesso tile for the walls, accented by stunning waterfall accents of Tiger Eye Caspian tile. A white quartz threshold leads to the floor of 12 x 12 Sierra Ranier tile boasting a charming 2 x 2 Keystone Aegean corner element, all by Daltile. Chrome fixtures from Studio 41 complete a bathroom that would be welcome at any level of the house.

For the hallway bath, Regency vanity cabinets in Espresso Maple set an expectation of elegance, and the oil rubbed bronze fixtures from Studio 41 certainly deliver. Daltile supplied beautiful granite for the vanity top and half wall topper and completed the look with 13 x 13 tile on the bathroom floor shower in Cover Creek Beige. The shower walls were done in matching tile in the 12 x 24 size with an accent band of stunning Marble Crema. The final result was two very different baths, all for a comfortable price and a great turnaround time.
