The Subject Property
The homeowners were ready to make a drastic change in the style and appeal of their master bathroom. The bathroom space was large, but did not feel spacious and efficient because of the layout and fixtures as well as style choices. Another large change desired by the residents was an increase in the size of their shower, which was making the bathroom space feel less spacious. The goal of this job was to convert an outdated, mundane bathroom space into an elegant, practical, and modern space that affords many comforts and amenities to the user. Regency began by completely gutting the bathroom, removing all flooring, walls, cabinetry, and fixtures.
The new bathroom space looks absolutely beautiful. It is completely different in many ways than the preexisting space, but in the desired ways. The most noticeable change is the décor, style, and color of the new bathroom. The old floors were replaced with a beautiful eminency grey tile floor, which contrasts very well with the new shaker white maple cabinetry and white sand quartz countertop. These new colors blend seamlessly with the new creamy sand pebble shower floor and venice statue shower walls. All flooring and wall tiling was sourced from Daltile. Another obvious difference is the replacement of the built-in bathtub with a sleek, standalone Duravit bathtub finished with a chrome, delta floor-mounted tub filler. This change makes the bathroom look much more open and feel larger. The bathroom was made to look much more modern by replacing the old fixtures with chrome fixtures including: Grohe lavatory faucet, showerhead, and body shower, and Kohler undermount sink. The new bathroom is a luxurious, modern, practical space that satisfies any and all of the homeowners needs and will keep them happy for a long time.
