The residents of this home were interested in making some cosmetic changes to the master bathroom of their home. The customers wanted the layout to remain the same, but wanted to upgrade the style to look more luxurious and modern. Regency started this job with the removal of the cabinetry, countertop, flooring, and fixtures. The shower framing was expanded in order to increase the size of the shower. Additionally, new electrical wiring was installed along the ceiling of the bathroom in order to install four new recessed cans. This would significantly increase the brightness of the space.

End Result

The new finishes of this bathroom look great! The most noticeable change when walking into the bathroom is the new color scheme. This change was successfully accomplished with the removal of the white cabinetry and replacing it with a chocolate maple finish. This cabinetry was topped with a Delicatos Gold granite countertop from Daltile, which also lines the surrounding area of the built-in tub. These darker colors are contrasted with the sleek White Flora Corona tile that is installed along the main floor. The shower was also finished with a lighter, almond beveled Rittenhouse Square tile. This makes the shower area look clean and elegant. On top of making the shower area look much more modern, the size of the shower was significantly increased, making it feel much more luxurious. The fixtures of the bathroom were also replaced with sleeker, more elegant ones with brushed nickel finishes from Kohler such as: Devonshire lavatory faucet, Devonshire showerhead, and Bancroft hand shower. Overall, the new finishes of this bathroom are contemporary, warm, and welcoming. This bathroom is a great, relaxing way to start the day that provides an elegant experience has made the customer very happy.
