The project was a kitchen remodel. The client wanted to update the look and to increase space and add as much storage space as possible. There was a strict budget and the object was to give the customer everything she asked for while remaining within the budget.
Regency went to work and designed a brand new kitchen layout that included removing a wall that previously divided the kitchen and the dining room and installing a new custom kitchen pantry with roll our shelves, in its place. New hardwood flooring and new recessed cans were installed. The existing crown molding was removed and new 36’ upper cabinets were installed. The finished project was a highly functional new space with crème colored cabinets and a dark granite counter top and black splash to compete the look and give it a sophisticated look. In addition to the remodeled kitchen, Regency refinished the hardwood floors throughout the entire home.
