Arlington Heights Master Bath Remodel

The master bath in this Arlington Heights home was—okay. It served its purpose but was boring and slightly behind the trends. Regency Home Remodeling was able to pinpoint the trouble spots and bring in a fresh, new look that delighted the owner and brought joy to every user.

Perhaps the biggest change came with the new shower design. The old tile floor and threshold was exchanged for a practical, zero-height Trident Quartz shower base from Atlantis Granite & Quartz, which was topped with beautiful OQ98 Valor Gold Quartz from Daltile, which was also set for the sink counter, shower bench and niche. The shower walls were then covered with 12 x 24 Perpetuo Timeless White Polished tile, with a practical three-shelf niche and an eye-catching dual-column accent of 1 x 4 Cascading Waters tile, all from Daltile. The Perpetuo tile was extended out, making an accent wall that added a powerful statement to the once-dull space. The new Dove White cabinets (Regency’s own) add a fresh breath to the space, with double Kohler Caxton undermount sinks topped by Kohler Occasion faucets in vibrant brushed bronze and a Robern medicine cabinet mirror, all provided by Studio 41, who also supplied the vibrant brushed bronze towel bars, robe hook, and shower fixtures. The result is a room that exudes class and elegance and is a welcome retreat worthy of the name “master bath.”
