The Subject Property

The owners of this lovely home had become bored with their hallway bathroom and were ready to completely remodel the space. The style had become outdated to them and they were looking for something modern and refreshing. Constructing a barrier around the bathroom to separate the construction zone from the rest of the house in order to protect the house was the start of this job. Then Regency continued with the removal of all cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, flooring, walls, and window. The goal of this remodel was to transform the outdated space into a sleek and elegant bathroom with a modern color scheme that would be more practical to use while conveying an elegance and luxury.

End Result

Regency did a spectacular job completely transforming an outdated space into a beautiful, modern, and practical bathroom space. A huge change from the previous space was the change of the window to a much larger and more private window. This change allows for significantly more natural light to be let into the space while ensuring that the bathroom remains a private and relaxing area. The most notable change when walking into the new space is the new color scheme. The preexisting white floor was replaced with a much sleeker, Steel Veranda tile from Daltile. This grey finish was also utilized in the area surrounding the new shower by installing a Polished Grigio Diamante tile. The owners did not want the bathroom to be completely gray otherwise it would quickly become boring. In an effort to contrast from the darker tile finishes, white fixtures were installed such as: MAAX soaker tub, Madeli undermount sink, and a Kohler toilet. A smooth transition between the grey and white colors was successfully achieved with the installation of an Evening Mix Blend Color Wave Accent, which lined the shower and the area behind the vanity. The new color scheme is gorgeous and really brings this space back to life. The customers’ love their new space and will enjoy using it!
