Andersonville (Chicago), IL Bathroom Remodel

This hallway bathroom remodel is the 2nd area of this Andersonville condo which  Regency was hired to remodel.  We also remodeled the kitchen in this  multi-family building originally built in 1910.

Just like the kitchen, the bathroom needed to be gutted as well.  As with all Regency bathroom remodeling projects, Regency prepared the space for renovation by performing a complete demolition of the existing space.  Then Regency’s carpenters made the space remodel-ready by repairing, replacing and framing the bathroom.  Next the plumbing was reworked and the electrical was upgraded. Before finale installation Regency provided required insulation, water-resistant drywall and cement backer boards.

The final step was the installation of the customer selected finishes which included a Kohler Medicine cabinet, Delta Champagne Bronze Fixtures, 3 x 6 Arctic White tile in the tub area  from Daltile and a White Sand Quartz vanity top, also from Daltile.
