This kitchen renovation project was located in s property in the Andersonville Neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago. The unit remodeled is part of a multi-family building which was originally built in 1910. Regency was hired to remodel this condo’s kitchen. as well as a bathroom.
The kitchen had to be completely gutted before the renovation could start. Regency demolished the existing space and removed the appliances, baseboards and casing, all of the existing soffits, pre-existing cabinets and countertops, plaster down to the studs. removed wallpaper.
The Regency’s carpenters made the necessary repairs to the walls, framing and sub-floor as required. Then the team furnished & installed all the necessary electric per the scope of the job.and floor down to the original sub floor. on behalf of the homeowners.
Once the space was ready, Regency’s certified installation team went to work installing White Shaker Style cabinets, a White Sand Quartz countertop from daltile, a Marble First Snow backsplash also from daltile and a Herringbone layout floor. The changes to this Andersonville kitchen are dramatic. The space went from dreary and out dated to modern and bright.
