Master Bath Remodel Lakeview

One of the many projects Regency Home Remodeling was asked to tackle for this Chicago Lakeview family was the master bath. The room was crowded and blah, and with help from Regency’s top-tier suppliers and experienced installers, it became the haven the homeowners sought, coming in on time and within budget.

The first step was to expand the shower by reconfiguring the dividing walls between the toilet and shower. This was made possible by removing the old tile-enclosed tub and replacing it with a modern Chand freestanding soaker tub from Costco. Regency provided the new white shaker cabinets, while Studio 41 provided he pair of Kohler undermount sinks. The vanity was then topped with Daltile’s NQ51 Cambrini quartz, also used for the shower threshold and niche shelves. Daltile also provided the stunning tile, including 12 x 24 Carrara for the floor and shower wall, 1 x 3 Arctic White for the shower floor, and 4 x 12 Arctic White for the vanity wall. All were set by Regency’s expert installers in a stunning herringbone pattern that moves the eye through the room. Finally, new chrome Grohe plumbing fixtures from Studio 41 add sparkle to a room now ready to truly be called a Master Bath.
