The Subject Property

The residents of this beautiful home were ready to make some major changes to two of the bathrooms in their home. They were interested in changing the color scheme of both bathrooms in a dramatic way while also changing the layout of the master bathroom. In the master bathroom, the residents wanted to move the toilet to the opposite side of the bathroom, which would allow for the shower and bathtub to no longer share the same space. In the hallway bathroom, the same layout was desired, but the owners wanted to upgrade the vanity, shower area, and style of the space in favor of a more modern one in order to create a uniform feel for both bathrooms of the house. Overall, the goal was to convert these bathroom spaces into elegant, modern, and more practical bathrooms that would be more efficient to utilize.

End Result

These new bathroom spaces are incredible! The most noticeable change is the new layout of the master bathroom. The new location of the toilet in the master bathroom makes a huge difference by allowing for the bathtub and shower to have their own designated areas. The new, modern shower is fitted with Keystone tile walls from Daltile, and Artic White Skybridge floor tile, which continues around the bathtub. The new Aeroeffect Maax bathtub is artfully built-in to the surrounding tile and attached to the shower area. The vanity contrasts the gray and white colors of the rest of the bathroom with the Espresso Maple Cabinetry. The pre-existing bathroom fixtures were swapped out with newer ones with chrome finishes like: Hansgrohe Roman tub filler, Grohe Citterio lavatory faucet, Grohe Axor showerhead, and Grohe Croma hand shower.
The hallway bathroom has a new style that matches the master bathroom, but has its own style appeal. A big change in this bathroom was the modern shower area with glass doors. The light blue Keystones shower floor provides a contrast to the rest of the finishes while matching the paint on the walls. The shower walls were finished with an Off-White Skybridge floor tile, which matches the bathroom floor very well. The Black Coffee Maple contrasts the lighter finishes of the room and this contrasts is seamlessly blended together with the beautiful Lumence Quartz countertop. The new style of both of these bathrooms are amazing. They are both very luxurious, stylish, and most of all – efficient and practical. There is no doubt that the residents absolutely love the work artfully completed by Regency!
