The original bathroom felt closed-in, in part due to the dropped soffit ceiling above the tub. By removing the tub and opening up the ceiling, the room immediately felt more spacious, leaving room for spectacular materials from Daltile and Studio 41 to be expertly installed by Regency’s experienced professionals. The new glassed-in shower has become a room of its own, with a floor of Vintage Artifact Gray Hexagon tile beautifully coordinating with walls of 12”x24” Fabrique Gris Linen wall tile, matching the main bathroom floor. The bench and threshold were created from OQ55 Valor White Quartz, also used for the new vanity counter. New Kohler Vibrant Brushed Nickel fixtures now add a warm glow throughout the bathroom, coordinating with the new QM shower drain.
