The Subject Property

This remodel began with the removal of all cabinetry, flooring, necessary drywall, and necessary appliances. Also, new electrical wiring and plumbing was installed for the new locations of certain appliances such as the dishwasher. The residents of this beautiful home wanted to change almost every aspect of this kitchen. The layout of this kitchen was creating a crammed and cluttered feeling that the homeowners were getting sick of. They also wanted to upgrade the style and color scheme in favor of something brighter and more modern.

End Result

This new kitchen is amazing! The new layout of the kitchen space significantly increased the practicality of the space by making the area feel and appear more spacious while increasing storage and counter space. The color scheme is much more modern and appealing as well. This was accomplished with th installation of the Crème Maple cabinetry, which matched the white tile backsplash from Daltile. The gray granite countertops provide a nice contrast to the brighter finishes of the kitchen, which is seamlessly blended together by the multicolored accent that runs horizontally throughout the backsplash of the kitchen. The outdated tile floor that had previously been in the kitchen was removed in favor of a cleaner and more modern wooden floor from Leo Hardwood Flooring. The kitchen and dishwasher were swapped out for newer versions with stainless steel finishes like the Kohler sink and lavatory faucet, GE dishwasher, and Whirlpool microwave. Everything about this kitchen was dramatically changed for the better. With all of the extra counter space and cabinetry, there is no way the customers will have another problem with clutter or feeling crammed!
