The Subject Property
These homeowners were ready to make some big changes in their home. They were ready to completely change the look and feel of their home by remodeling their kitchen and master bathroom. The problem facing these residents is that their kitchen and bathroom were fostering a sense of claustrophobia due to all the clutter and proximity of everything. The residents were interested in creating a new kitchen that would have increased storage and counter space while also giving the kitchen a new, sleek appearance. The same is true for the bathroom. The bathroom was also very cluttered due to the close proximity of the large vanity and oversized built-in tub Regency began this job by removing all flooring, walls, cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances. Also, new electrical wiring was installed in the bathroom and kitchen for the installation of several new recessed cans, which would serve to make the room much brighter.
End Result
The kitchen and bathroom look spectacular. In the bathroom, the most noticeable change is the enhanced spatial layout. The preexisting bathroom space had placed the shower and vanity so close that access to the shower was partially inhibited. The bathroom is also much more modern and sleek in appearance. It is also very luxurious with the addition of premium fixtures such as the two, chrome Hansgrohe showerheads and one Hansgrohe hand shower. The shower space is much larger than it previously was and is not completely enclosed by the vanity and an unnecessary wall. The kitchen also looks exponentially better in terms of style and functionality of the space. The preexisting, boring cabinetry was replaced with a clean, white maple finish. This bright cabinetry was beautifully contrasted by the Contra black granite countertops, which is also used on the new, large island. The new kitchen and bathroom are beautiful as well as practical. Regency diligently and artfully exceeded all of the customers’ desires and the work completed by Regency is sure to keep the homeowners comfortable and in style for a long time.
