Barrington is a small village located within Lake County near Palatine and Lake Zurich and about 32 miles northwest of Chicago. The homeowners of this beautiful residence were looking for a change in their kitchen and dining area. End Result

The floors were changed from a white tile to more comforting Daltile Farmhouse wood flooring that went together very well with the granite countertops and new cabinetry from Regency. These changes as well as the new, stainless steel appliances such as the brand new LG stove and refrigerator and Frigidaire microwave. The combination of the new appliances, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops gave the kitchen a contemporary, yet modern look. The functionality was increase by creating more counter space via the addition of a very stylish and useful island in the middle of the kitchen and upgrading the cabinetry to a darker finish with stainless steel handles. The modern look achieved by regency while increasing the spatial functionality of the room will keep the homeowners happy and up to date for many years to come
