Amazing bathroom extension and renovations in the Prospect Heights neighborhood. This large single family home received complete bathroom makeovers in two areas of the house as well as high quality alteration work in the bedroom and hallway to complete the project.
In green and spacious Glenview, a lovely suburb with acclaimed school districts just northwest of Chicago, the Schambers sought out an extensive gutting and premier remodeling for their master bathroom. For the immense work needed for the master bathroom of their dreams, the Schambers’ called Regency Home Remodeling to expertly and efficiently handle demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, walls, flooring, and the installation of owner-supplied tile and fixtures.
The job was a small hall bathroom. The owner wanted a complete redo, making the small space seem more spacious by giving it a clean, modern look while maintaining the existing arrangement of fixtures.
The homeowner wanted to remodel two existing bathrooms, the hallway bathroom and the Master Bathroom. Both bathrooms had the original builder’s materials and it was time to replace everything and start fresh
The client wanted to completely renovate her existing hallway bathroom The existing bathroom had old fixtures, tile and cabinetry and a very dated look. The bathroom was gutted down to the bare walls. A new opening for a new shower wall and niche was built. A new window was installed to give more natural light.
The family bathroom and the hallway bathroom both required a complete remodel. All of the existing cabinetry, tile work, electrical and plumbing needed to be updated. Regency drew two new designs and the work began.

This allowed for a new large walk in shower The bathroom was gutted down to the bare walls. A new opening for a new shower wall and niche was built.
All of the existing cabinetry, tile, tub/shower and a glass block window were all removed. A new window was framed and new glass block was installed. The Regency team designed a new larger shower with a seat and a double niche were installed with the beautiful beige tile and the look was completed with a stunning granite trim and granite counter tops. The crème colored 12×12 floor tiles and the new wood vanity completed the entire look.
