So, when it came time to update their basement bathroom, naturally they called on Regency, whose expert installers were able to create a stylish, up-to-the-minute room, utilizing high-end materials from Daltile, Studio 41 and Atlantis Granite and Quartz.

After repairing some ceiling damage and gutting the room, Regency literally laid the flooring for the changeover using 12 x 24 Mist floor tile from Daltile to set the scene for a modern vibe. A new Regency vanity was selected in trendy greige, while a second cabinet was added to fill in what had been wasted space, adding balance and function to the room. Both were topped with Cambria Berwyn quartz from Atlantis Granite and Quartz, with an attractive splash bump of the same material. Next, the old shower/tub combo was replaced with a new shower and a trendy Maxx soaking tub from Studio 41. The shower walls were lined with Daltile’s 4 x 12 Suede gray wall tile, and Hansgrohe chrome plumbing fixtures from Studio 41 were used to bring the sparkle. A Kohler Essential mirror reflects on all the glamour, making a basement bath worth coming downstairs for.
