This beautiful home was ready for a modern upgrade and a refreshing change. The décor of the bathroom was outdated and had lost its aesthetic appeal. The white granite on the black cabinetry from Regency creates a sharp and updated look. The old flooring was replaced with modern, gray flooring that matches very well with the cabinetry and counter. Laticretepermacolor grout was used to ensure that no color changes would affect the flooring and ensure longevity. The old fixtures were upgraded to modern technology and style such as Kohler lavatory faucets, Kohler under mount sinks, Kohler toilet, and Kohler showerhead. The dramatic change accomplished by Regency was the updating of the space and increasing aesthetic appeal while fitting the room with luxuries that modern technology and fixtures afford the user. The homeowner was delighted by the changes and designs by Regency and how skillfully the job was completed.
