This property is located in the Uptown Neighborhood on Chicago’s Far North Side. Regency was hired to remodel the drab master bathroom in one of the units in this building that was not as functional as the owners would like.

The primary transformation in this bathroom was converting the old, non-functional walkin-in shower and outdated bathtub into a new, expanded walk-in shower. Regency’s certified installers were responsible for the complete demolition of the existing space and all of the carpentry, plumbing & mechanical and new electrical where needed.

Then the installed all of the owner supplied materials which the purchased factory-direct at 40 – 60% off using discounts provided by Regency.

Some of the finishes included new bathroom hardware from Kohler including a Cimarron toilet, Turkish Skyline tkes from daltile and a Golden granite countertop.
