Luxury was the inspiration behind this bathroom design. Regency incorporated natural stone and top of the line products from Kohler and Grohe to bring this vision to life.

The Subject Property

The centerpiece of this remodel is the opulent steam shower. We installed Greek natural stone marble tile in Cedar Oniciata from floor to ceiling and added a large built-in shelving nook for storage. We added small ceramic floor tiles and a row of accent tiles in Butternut Emporader from daltile. The shower fixtures include a beautiful rain shower head and adjustable hand held shower by Grohe from the Retro Collection in polished chrome.  We then completely encased the shower in glass with a custom glass door and shower wall.

We installed a new vanity in white maple with multiple drawers for convenient storage and added a custom marble counter. We then added a Victorian inspired faucet from the Kohler Artifacts Collections in polished chrome.  We installed a new Kohler toilet from the Devonshire Collection with Comfort Height Technology and added a seat cover washlet bidet by Toto. Lastly we re-tiled the bathroom floor in matching Greek marble tile in Cedar Oniciata from daltile.
