Regency began this job with the demolition and removal of all: cabinetry, fixtures, floors, walls and soffits above the tub. The entire bathroom was completely gutted in preparation for this remodel. The residents wanted to dramatic change every aspect and finish of this area such as the color scheme, fixtures, and style. Additionally, the two windows in the tub area were removed in order to replace it with one, continuous window. New electrical wiring was also installed in the ceiling in order to install three new recessed cans, which would significantly increase the lighting of the area and compliment the natural sunlight coming in through the enlarged window.

End Result

This new bathroom space is modern and elegant. The color scheme of this new space is contrasting white, brown, black and gray, which contribute to the modern appeal of the space. The Emblem Brown flooring, Gray Quartz countertop, and Crystal Shores Sapphire Lagoon accent the runs horizontally throughout the entire bathroom from Daltile sets a warm mood and helps to blend the black cabinetry of the vanity to the brighter colors of the space. These brighter finishes include the Off White Skybridge walls of the shower and rest of the bathroom and fixtures in the bathroom like the Kohler Archer bathtub and Kohler undermount sink. Polished chrome Grohe fixtures were installed in the shower and the lavatory sink. Overall, this new bathroom space is very tastefully done. The new finishes are very sleek and luxurious. The customers love their new bathroom space and kitchen and were overjoyed with the Regency’s skillful work.
