End Result

The new bathroom space looks amazing! The most obvious changes are the color scheme and new spatial layout of the bathroom. The color change was accomplished by removing the old flooring and replacing it with a brighter tile floor finish, Franciscan Slate, which brightened up the room along with the new Mocha Maple Glazed granite countertop of the vanity. The new shower also brightened up the room tremendously with the new wall tiles. A beautiful artistic touch was also added with the installation of a shower accent composed of Woodland Verde Franciscan Slate, which extends to the vanity as well. The bathroom was also given a sleek and modern upgrade by replacing the fixtures with a Hansgrohe brushed nickel lavatory faucet and brushed nickel showerhead. Overall, Regency diligently and successfully exceeded all of the customers’ expectations by making the bathroom appear much larger, more inviting, modern, and functional while accomplishing everything at an unbeatable price!
