Regency began this remodel with the preparation of the area by construction barriers around the bathrooms to ensure that no damage was done to the surrounding areas. Also, new plumbing and electrical was installed in order to upgrade the electrical system and install recessed cans along with bathrooms ceilings. New plumbing was installed in the master bathroom as needed for the new shower layout, which was to be significantly increased in size. The main goals of this job were to upgrade the style of the bathroom to a more elegant and modern style while also making the functional areas of the bathroom more spacious and luxurious.

End Result

These two bathrooms look great! The same types of changes were desired for both bathrooms. The main desire of the homeowners was to have more modern and spacious showers. The color schemes of the spaces were also changed in favor of a brighter one. This was successfully satisfied with the installation of Veranda Peal tile flooring shower and Visionary Gloss Composition wall tile in the master bath. Also, artistic flare was added to the space with the installation of an Escape Mosaic Traditions Accent that runs horizontally through the shower. The hallway bathroom is finished with the same elegant style. Both bathrooms appear much more modern than the pre-existing spaces thanks to the new fixtures. The polished chrome Grohe showerheads, hand showers, and lavatory faucets do a great job of portraying a modern image.
