The Subject Property

The residents of this property were dealing with water damage in their shower due to leaking. The residents were in need of a remodel of their shower on a budget while also making some small changes to the bathroom as a whole. The shower was recently refinished; however, it was done incorrectly and therefore was in need of fixing. Regency began by removing the walls and flooring from the shower in order to create a tighter seal in order to ensure no more leaking.

End Result

Regency was successful in fixing the water damage and ensuring that it does not occur again. Regency swapped the preexisting tile floor and shower walls from stone decorative and linden point finishes from Daltile. In order to ensure longevity of the job, marble beige permacolor grout was used. Another change to the style of the bathroom was the addition of a door to separate the bathroom and bedroom. This change makes the bathroom have a more private feeling. Regency was successful in fixing the damage to the shower and converting the shower back into a beautiful, functional shower that will be a joy to use.
