End Result

Regency did a spectacular job exceeding all of the homeowners’ expectations. Removing an unnecessary protruding wall from the bathroom, which allowed that space to be used for the shower, enlarged the shower. This change also made room to increase the size of the vanity to contain two sinks. The color scheme was also changed to a much sleeker and more modern style. The new flooring in the bathroom, which is a honed Silver Spring design, helps to brighten up the room and make it appear more inviting. This change along with the polished Silver Spring shower walls and Matte Frost Mocha shower floors come together very nicely to create the desired style. The bright colors of the floors and wall are seamlessly contrasted with the espresso maple vanity. To create a modern appearance, polished chrome Hansgrohe lavatory faucets and Kohler showerheads were used. All of these changes come together to create a beautiful, modern, and spacious bathroom that the homeowners’ love.
