Regency began this job by removing the tile from the entire floor, tub deck, and walls of tub and shower area. All existing cabinetry and fixtures were removed as well along with the existing shower area and tub. This was all done in order to replace everything with new, contemporary finishes and styles along with making some structural changes to the space as well. Additionally, new electrical wiring was installed in order to add four new recessed cans into the bathroom in order to make the room much brighter and warmer. One of the most notable changes desired by the customers was to increase the shower size and create a modern, tile floor shower. The main purpose of this job was to convert the master bathroom into a spacious and practical space that provides luxurious amenities and elegant style.

End Result

The new bathroom looks incredible! The most obvious change is the huge shower and bathtub. The shower was greatly increased in size and was given a much more modern appearance by installing tile floors and walls. The color scheme of the bathroom contributes to a warm feeling thanks to the Windrift Beige tile from Daltile that lines the main floor and walls of the bathroom. The lighter finish of the floors and walls contrasts beautifully with the darker chocolate maple cabinetry of the vanity. Along with the style changes, functional changes were applied as well by replacing the fixtures with premium ones. The tub and sink faucets were fitted with polished chrome Grohe faucets. The showerhead and hand shower were replaced with polished chrome Kohler heads. The preexisting, smaller tub was replaced with a much larger and more comfortable MAAX soaker tub. The new bathroom space is very spacious and practical. There is no doubt that the residents will love using this space every day and will continue to do so for a long time
