The project called for a complete bathroom renovation. Regency would be removing all of the existing plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile work and basically gutting the bathroom to create a more user-friendly space with a larger shower and added vanity space.

Summary

The experts at Regency designed a new floor plan that allowed for new shower and a double bowl vanity top. A new plumbing layout was designed to allow for new faucets and valves. Ductwork was preformed to accommodate new vents for exhaust fans. New electrical was also installed for recessed can lighting The end result was a beautiful new traditional style bathroom with rich wood and beige tones
