The Subject Property

The residents were aiming to change their bathroom in every way possible. They were tired of the style and felt they were not utilizing the space in the most efficient way. In order to make all of the changes desired by the customers, Regency began with the demolition and removal of any necessary electrical and plumbing, cabinetry, fixtures, tile from shower walls and bathroom floor, shower base, and remaining wall board from all walls and ceiling of the entire bathroom. This bathroom was completely gutted in preparation for a complete makeover.

End Result

Regency did a spectacular job with the transformation of this bathroom space! The most notable change when walking into this new bathroom is the awesome new shower area, which is a huge upgrade from what had previously been there. Although it was not increased in size due to the layout of the bathroom space, it feels like it is much bigger and more spacious due to the new finishes. The shower is equipped with a large and functional niche shelf that provides an extra area to place toiletries. Also, the color scheme of the shower was changed in order to convey an artistic appeal. The multicolored hexagon tile floor from Daltile helps to blend the black granite vanity countertop with the lighter finishes of the space. These lighter finishes include the light gray tile floor and shower walls from Daltile, white Kohler toilet, white Kohler sink, and white maple cabinetry of the vanity. Also adding to the modern appearance of the space are the brushed nickel finishes of the Grohe showerhead and lavatory faucet, Kohler toilet paper holder and towel bar. This new bathroom space is much more stylish, modern, and practical than it previously was. It is amazing what Regency was able to do with this space without even changing the layout! There is no doubt that the residents will enjoy starting their day with this new space on a daily basis!
