The Subject Property
The customers were ready to make some major changes to their bathroom. They wanted to completely change every aspect of the space. Regency began this remodel with the construction of barriers around the construction scene and removal of any and all furniture in the area to ensure that nothing was damaged. This entire bathroom was completely gutted in order to completely revamp and create a new bathroom. Demolition began with the removal of cabinetry, fixtures, necessary plumbing, all flooring, and all walls. The purpose of this job was to convert an outdated space into a contemporary, stylish, and practical new bathroom space that would be spacious and provide all the conveniences and luxuries of a modern bathroom space.
End Result
This new bathroom is beautiful! It is modern, tasteful, and spacious. One of the most important changes to the customer was the new shower. Regency was able to significantly increase the size of the shower, which enabled the installation of a granite shower bench. Also, the shower is now equipped with a convenient niche shelf that will allow for convenient storage. The new color scheme of the shower area is much brighter than the preexisting space thanks to the Mirage Blend Keystones flooring and Visionary Gloss Composition wall tile from Daltile. The contrasting color scheme in the shower compared to the rest of the bathroom space was seamlessly transitioned between with the installation of a stylish Oasis Mosaic Moss accent that runs the horizontal length of the shower. The modern appearance of the bathroom was accomplished by installed polished chrome fixtures like the Kohler Stillness handshower, which matched well with the Kohler Verdera medicine cabinet. The new color scheme of the shower as well as the installation of the new recessed cans along the ceiling lit up the space significantly. These changes helped to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the bathroom that it did not previously have. This new bathroom space is gorgeous and Regency did a spectacular job exceeding all expectations with this space!
