Kenilworth Attiic Bath Remodel

When Regency Home Remodeling first looked at this Kenilworth attic bathroom makeover, the room was a bleak, charmless space tucked in under the eaves. With the help of Regency’s high-end suppliers and expert installation, together with some design ingenuity, the space was transformed into a cute, stylish bath, delivered on time and within the agreed-upon budget.

A trendy Blackwood floor in 6 x 36 tiles helped define the space, while the corner shower was transformed with sophisticated 12 x 24 White Wave tile, accented with a waterfall of Sky Blue glass horizons, all from Daltile. The white quartz threshold gave just the right touch of elegance and the space was brightened with Grohe chrome fixtures and a Kohler medicine cabinet from Studio 41, along with the Kohler toilet and Panasonic lighted exhaust fan. To add a fashionable design touch, a custom-made sliding barn door was created to cover what had been an ugly storage door. Finally, the door to the room was exchanged for a five-panel frosted glass pocket door by Darpet.
