The Subject Property

The homeowners of this Park Ridge property gave Regency a call when they decided it was time to update their bathroom. While the layout was not an issue, the style was in need of a remodel. Our customers wanted their bathroom to look chic and elegant which would be possible by replacing the vanity, bathtub, floor tiling, and changing the color scheme. In order to get the best results, Regency would begin by completely gutting the current bathroom to make room for all of the updates.

End Result

Every change in this bathroom looks outstanding. From floor to ceiling, this bathroom has a whole new feel and look. To start the renovation, we installed Silver Spring River Marble floor tiling. This tile gives the bathroom a very luxurious feel while looking tasteful and unique. To blend with the floor color, our customers picked out a lovely Java Coffee vanity with a Morning Frost Quartz countertop. Compared to the previous vanity, the new one is much more efficient with the additional amount of drawers it has. Next, we replaced the shower with a bathtub that is also used for both. This update was crucial to the customers because they never had the luxury of enjoying a bathtub so it was one of their top priorities for this project. For the tub walls, we installed Lunar Elevare tiling with a Frost Moka Uptown Glass accent. All tiling, floors and walls, were supplied by Daltile.

Overall, this renovation was a huge success for our customers and for Regency. The new bathroom is very elegant and sleek with a warm atmosphere which will keep this family satisfied for many, many years.
