The Subject Property

The owners of this lovely home were interested in remodeling their master bathroom. The goal of this remodel was to change the overall color scheme while changing the atmosphere of the space. The layout was also to be changed with the movement of the shower and the tub. This change allowed for a more spacious room that is much more functional. Regency removed all floors, walls, fixtures, and cabinetry. The preexisting floor was damaged and therefore the base of the floors needed to be repaired as well.

End Result

The feel and atmosphere of the master bathroom was completely changed for the better. The color scheme was successfully changed to a warmer and more modern one with several changes. The most noticeable change was the replacement of the old, white floor with beautiful new season wood flooring. The shower floor was replaced with suede grey keystones. The walls were also replaced with a Florentine tile. Daltile manufactured all flooring and walls. The swapping of locations of the shower and tub created extra space to increase the size of the shower, which is now a large, modern shower fitted with modern fixtures such as a Hansgrohe hand shower, convenient niche shelf, and bench. The built-in tub that had previously been taking up a lot of unnecessary space was replaced with a white, freestanding tub from Fluerco, which was fitted with a chrome Delta tub filler. Regency did a spectacular job utilizing the large bathroom and converting it into a very modern and comforting space that the residents will definitely enjoy for a long time.
