This bathroom was in need of a remodel and update. The homeowner wanted to completely redo every aspect of their bathroom such as: floors, walls, tub, vanity, sink, toilet, etc. The customer was looking to exchange an outdated looking bathroom for a contemporary bathroom with a modern style. The preexisting bathroom was bland, so the owner wanted to change the style by adding some artistic flare to the room as well as new color schemes.

End Result

Regency skillfully and diligently converted the preexisting space to a elegant and modern bathroom. The old, yellowish flooring was replaced with Daltile grey and jade flooring installed in a hopscotch design pattern in order to give the bathroom some character as well as artistic appeal. These changes accompanied by the installation of a Grohe showerhead come together to form a sleek shower space that artistically matches the rest of the room. The homeowners absolutely love their new bathroom and are ecstatic about the contemporary design as well as the modern luxuries it affords them.
