Regency installed beautiful and stylish new 12×24 floor tiles by Bay Bridge in Trestle from daltile with an exquisite matching baseboard tile. We constructed an enclosed standing shower using 12×12 Monticito tiles in Bruue from daltile and added 2×2 shower floor tiles by Keystones in Artisan Brown by daltile. We then installed a new fabulous Kohler shower system from the outstanding Forte Collection provided by Studio 41. The finishing touch was a brilliant custom glass shower door.

As a compliment to the shower Regency installed a lavish Maax freestanding standing soaking tub in white furnished by Studio 41. The tub was accentuated with a beautiful Kohler brushed nickel faucet. The final touch was a stunning new double sink vanity in Chocolate Maple by J&K Cabinetry with a granite vanity top.
