North Park is a beautiful community located on the North side of Chicago. North Park is known for its vast green spaces including areas like: Peterson Park, Legion Park, Mather Park, Eugene Field, the North Park Village Nature Center, and many more. The Subject Property

The owners of this lovely home were ready to make a change with their master bathroom. The goal of the remodel was to change the layout of the bathroom entirely in order to change the entrances into the space and also make the bathroom much larger and more comfortable. Regency began this job by removing all flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, unnecessary plumbing, unneeded electrical wiring, and more. In order to make the bathroom space noticeably larger, the bathroom would be extended into the hallway and one of the entrances into the bathroom would have to be moved. This change would allow the bathroom space to be greatly expanded while also making the master bedroom more private.

End Result

The new layout of the bathroom is phenomenal. The greatest change of this bathroom was the increase in size, which would serve to make the bathroom much more comfortable and inviting. This expansion created space for a large, modern shower equipped with a bench and a larger vanity. Replacing the preexisting flooring and walls with tile from Daltile also changed the color scheme of the bathroom. The main floor was finished with Fabrique Crème Linen and the shower floor was fitted with Fabrique Gris Linen. These, brighter tiles along with the white, Kohler toilet and white maple cabinetry for the vanity completely illuminate the room and make it much more alluring. The bathroom was also fitted with premium, brushed nickel fixtures such as: Grohe showerhead, hand shower, and lavatory faucet to give the space a sleek and elegant appearance. The job diligently and skillfully completed by Regency resulted in an elegant and spacious bathroom that the owners absolutely love.
