The homeowners of this beautiful home were interested in completely changing their master bathroom from everything including the color scheme, layout, and style. The residents wanted to increase the size of their shower, which was made possible by the removal of an unnecessary partition wall, which also placed the toilet in a less confined place. Regency began by removing all flooring, walls, fixtures, and cabinetry. This would allow for new flooring and walls that would change the color scheme of the room as well as the new cabinetry. The main goal of this job was to increase the practicality of the space while also upgrading it to a very modern and comfortable style.

End Result

The new bathroom looks amazing! The color scheme was successfully changed from an outdated and boring one to a modern one with stylish appeal. Imagica floor tile, travertine shower floor tile, and spark walls successfully converted the color scheme. Daltile manufactured all of the new floors and walls. These changes coupled with the black coffee maple cabinetry create a warm atmosphere. The large, built-in tub that had previously been taking up a lot of space was replaced with a sleek, freestanding tub from Escale and fitted with freestanding tub filler from Delta. The new shower is considerably larger than the old one thanks to the structural changes skillfully completed by Regency. For added comfort in the shower, a premium, chrome Hansgrohe showerhead and hand shower were installed. This bathroom is very spacious and comfortable and is sure to be up to date for many years with its sleek and warm style.
