The new emblem flooring is a huge difference from the bland, white flooring that was previously in the bathroom. Also, The new shower space is elegant and stylish thanks to the Botany Bay pebble flooring and Fabrique walls from Daltile. The shower space was also increased in size significantly; which makes the space much more comfortable for use. The Kohler Sunstruck standalone tub is luxurious and modern and is fitted with Grohe Roman chrome tub filler. A modern appeal was desired for this bathroom and accomplished by installing premium chrome fixtures such as: Hansgrohe showerhead, handshower, and lavatory faucet. This new master bathroom is very elegant and so much more stylish and modern than the preexisting space thanks to the diligent work of Regency.

The hallway bathroom follows the same basic style and color scheme. The Skybridge main floor is a darker, more contemporary look than the preexisting white flooring; which contrasts beautifully with the brighter Rittenhouse Square shower walls from Daltile. This contrast is seamlessly blended together with the help of the Marble Marquise niche shelf in the shower area. Just like the master bathroom, this bathroom is fitted with premium chrome fixtures like Grohehandshower and Kohler lavatory faucet.
