The Subject Property

The hallway bathroom of this wonderful home was ready for a major change. The design of the space was decades out of style and ready to undergo a major color and style change. This was also to be accomplished while changing the whole feeling of the room to a warmer and more modern environment. Regency began by completely gutting the bathroom, removing all floors, walls, cabinetry and fixtures. New electrical wiring was also installed for the three new recessed cans which were to be installed in order to increase the brightness of the space. The overall goal of this was to keep the layout of the bathroom the same while updating the style and changing the color scheme to a more modern one.

End Result

The bathroom underwent a successful conversion from an outdated space to a very warm and modern space that provides modern amenities. Replacing the old floor and walls with cotto contempo tile floor and beige wall tiles from Daltile changed the color scheme. The pink toilet and standard pink tub were replaced with a white Kohler toilet and a white MAAX tub. The shower was also given a modern upgrade by replacing the showerhead with a premium Grohe showerhead, which matched very well with the Grohe lavatory faucet. The new bathroom space creates a very inviting and soothing atmosphere that also provides the user with added luxuries and comforts.
